About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Sales Lead to join our team at Aramark. As a Retail Sales Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating store operations, supporting and training utility workers and cashiers, and ensuring that all preparations are completed in advance for the day ahead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign daily work tasks to Sales Associates and General Utility Workers
  • Ensure all guest interactions are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Train Sales Associates and General Utility Workers in their roles
  • Maintain a professional and enthusiastic atmosphere in the store
  • Collect and compile daily cash and sales data
  • Lead nightly close out and balance cash with daily sales
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Mathematical skills required for sales reports and audits
  • Must be of legal age to work with alcohol
  • Must provide proof of responsible alcohol training and certification
  • Must be flexible and willing to work a rotational schedule
  • Must be fluent in the native language, both spoken and written
