Executive Chef Position in Elevate American Cuisine

We are seeking a highly skilled Line Cook to join our team at Sixty Three Clinton, a Michelin-starred restaurant located in the heart of New York City's Lower East Side.

Sixty Three Clinton is an upscale restaurant serving elevated American cuisine with global influences. Our chefs strive to create a welcoming and inclusive work culture where staff feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities:
- Daily production of mise-en-place, including savory and pastry preparation.
- Organizing and setting up for success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Maintaining proper food handling and safety guidelines.
- Possessing a positive and collaborative attitude, with excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of line cook experience in a high-end restaurant setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Advanced knife skills, bread baking, and commissary knowledge.
- Familiarity with fish butchering, cooking, grilling, cleaning, sanitation, meat butchering/cooking, pastry making, portioning, sauce making, sautéing, and food handlers license.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Able to go up and down flights of stairs multiple times a day.
- A desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Sense of urgency and ability to multitask effectively.

Additional Requirements:
