Full-time Hourly Position with a pay range of $14.00-$17.00 DOE, plus comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Guest Experience Manager and/or Supervisor during shifts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanor with both colleagues and guests.
  • Introduce guests to the distinctive hospitality experience at Heritage by sharing the story and inspiration behind our properties.
  • Deliver exceptional service while ensuring the utmost confidentiality and comfort for each guest.
  • Provide informed recommendations regarding hotel amenities, events, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve challenges promptly and professionally.
  • Safeguard guest information with the highest level of confidentiality.

Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for customer interaction, requiring outstanding customer service skills.
  • Valid New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification are mandatory.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in technology, capable of learning reservation management systems, point of sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite for document handling.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late shifts.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Preferred experience includes 6 months to 1 year in a high-volume guest-facing hospitality role.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience/training is required.
