California Water Service Group is seeking a highly skilled Water Service General Manager to lead our Texas Water Service Company (TWSC) team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our Texas utility subsidiaries and driving business units towards standardization with our policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as CWSG's representative to BVRT Holdco and report regularly to CWSG and TWSC executives on all aspects of the business.
- Ensure that the BVRT Holdco business is being managed and executed in accordance with the Operating Agreement.
- Work closely with BVRT Holdco executive team on annual goals and objectives.
- Review and approve strategic and tactical expansion plans and growth opportunities for BVRT Holdco.
- Review and approve BVRT Holdco capital project and operating budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience in the water industry.
- Graduate degree, Professional Engineering License, CPA License, or other professional certification preferred.
- 15 years' experience demonstrating increasing responsibility in a management or supervisory role.
- 10 years' experience working in water and/or wastewater system production and wastewater distribution.
- Media training or relevant experience.
- Proven leader with excellent planning, administrative, and communication skills.
- State of Texas Distribution System Operator Grade 1 Certification desired.
- State of Texas Wastewater Operator Grade 1 Certification desired.
We offer a competitive salary range of $124,000 - $261,400 and a dynamic work environment that values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
