About the Role
This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team and advance their careers in nephrology nursing. As a Home Therapies RN CAP 1, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, training patients and families, and working collaboratively with healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personalized patient care through comprehensive assessments, effective treatment plans, and ongoing education and support
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs
* Train patients and caregivers on dialysis therapy, equipment operation, and maintenance, ensuring safe and effective treatment delivery
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements that promote exceptional patient care and outcomes
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care services

Requirements
* Current RN licensure in good standing
* Minimum 12 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a nephrology or related setting
* Completion of Fresenius Medical Care's education and training programs for new employees
