About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Dealer Sales team at Capital One in McLean, Virginia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with dealers, resolving issues, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage sales systems to ensure seamless interactions between dealers and Capital One.
  2. Develop deep relationships with dealers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve dealer-related issues.
  4. Provide high-touch concierge service to dealers.
  5. Communicate effectively with dealers via various channels.

What We Offer:

  • A salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
