Dealership Operations Coordinator Opportunity

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Dealership Operations Coordinator to join our team at TPI Staffing, Inc. As a Dealership Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our dealership operations by managing vehicle management systems, coordinating with the dealer body and Field Team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of company-owned vehicles.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Oversee all aspects of vehicle management systems, ensuring efficient distribution of information and resources.
• Develop and conduct training programs for DD365 and Dealer Pipeline Management System (DPMS) to enhance knowledge and skills of dealers and field teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand communications and enhance coordination in all areas of Distribution.
• Ensure effective administration and management of company-owned vehicles, evaluation unit program vehicles, and other company-owned assets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to the dealer body and Field Team through timely response to emails and phone inquiries.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; plus four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to understand financial and productivity metrics, and make informed decisions accordingly.
• Estimated salary: $26.00 per hour.
