Job Overview
Welcome to Team Gillman, a family-owned group of automobile dealerships with over 70 years of success. We're currently seeking an experienced Collision Center Office Manager to join our team.

About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and professional individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our collision center office. As our new Collision Center Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between our customers, staff, and vendors. Your excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate records and data
* Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
* Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
* Develop and implement process improvements as needed

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
* 1-3 months of related experience and/or training
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* CDK and CCCone experience preferred
