Administrative Coordinator and Financial Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Coordinator Duties:

  • Oversee schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Manage correspondence and communications
  • Coordinate travel logistics
  • Assist with personal tasks as required
  • Uphold confidentiality

Financial Specialist Duties:

  • Maintain financial records and documentation
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Track cash flow and budgeting processes
  • Compile financial reports and ensure adherence to regulations
  • Support tax preparation and audits

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Administrative Coordinator and/or Financial Specialist
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and capability to manage sensitive information
  • Analytical skills and ability to work autonomously
