About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our IT Service Management team at Worldpay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and supports our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design and rollout of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create and own all high-level and low-level designs for the platform.
  • Provide technical input to the platform review and ensure best practice and best-in-class development.
  • Stay current on new ServiceNow features and functionalities and recommend updates and enhancements as needed.
  • Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multiple and complex ServiceNow implementations.
  • Expert knowledge of integrations between ServiceNow and multiple systems of record.
  • Ability to provide technical governance and design leadership across multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining architectural roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead stakeholder workshops and meetings.
