About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our IT Service Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our business.

You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of our systems. Your expertise in ServiceNow will be instrumental in driving business outcomes and improving our IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality development.
  • Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow features and functionalities, recommending updates and enhancements as needed.
  • Monitor platform performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, with a focus on complex integrations and multiple ServiceNow products.
  • Expert knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, including Integration Hub and custom REST/API integrations.
  • Ability to provide technical governance and design leadership across multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining architectural roadmaps, ensuring a balance between product features and platform health.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead stakeholder workshops and meetings, and provide guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment.
