The Ladders is in search of a Licensed Electrical Engineer:

The primary role of a Licensed Electrical Engineer at The Ladders involves collaborating with fellow electrical professionals to create innovative electrical designs for various structures. These designs typically encompass lighting, power distribution, voice and data communication, security systems, and fire alarm installations. Proficiency in Revit is essential, as it will be utilized to generate construction documentation. Familiarity with AGI Lighting software and SKM fault analysis tools is also advantageous.

Key Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience: At least 15 years of relevant industry experience
  • Licenses or Certifications: Valid Professional Engineering License
  • Software Proficiency: Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Revit
  • Core Competencies: Strong mathematical abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000, based on the location of the position. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as experience, licensure, and proficiency level. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
