The Designated Broker is a key leadership position at HomeSmart Services, responsible for overseeing the professional real estate practices within their jurisdiction and managing a team of sales and broker licensees. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to consult and advise brokers and agents on company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult and advise brokers and agents on company policies and procedures
  • Manage a team of sales and broker licensees

Requirements:

  • Licensed broker in MD, DC, and VA
