About the Job

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Extended Stay America - Phoenix - Chandler. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial transactions, as well as maintaining the highest level of customer service during the overnight shift.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $42,000-$52,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

  • Prepare and process all financial transactions, including night audit reports, cash handling, and credit card processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including guest folios, room assignments, and other relevant documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel front office or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
