About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at Radiant Enterprises in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and increasing profit margins within assigned accounts and territories.

Your primary focus will be on building professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meeting sales targets. You will work closely with our Sales Manager to establish and build relationships with key personnel at Head Quarters, as well as drive growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned Labnetwork-Group across Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global account strategy in collaboration with the Global Accounts Executive to increase market share within the Labnetwork-Group.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territories, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and increase profit margins.
