Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a rapidly growing plumbing supply company in Wilson, NC to find a seasoned Sales Manager who can drive sales growth and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
