About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Day of Surgery Center Leader. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies to promote patient education and empowerment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Manage nursing team resources and delegate tasks to optimize patient care and workflow.
  • Use data and evidence-based practice to evaluate and improve patient outcomes and nursing practices.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty area.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
