Quality Control Internship Opportunity

FORVIA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Intern to join our team in Franklin, OH. As a Quality Control Intern, you will work closely with our Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of exhaust components being manufactured.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure robust and accurate results
  • Investigate customer complaints and present solutions to management
  • Create instructions for factory workers to check for quality issues
  • Interface with factory workers to understand and troubleshoot manufacturing processes
  • Perform final inspection audits and documentation audits on the shop floor
  • Audit benders to ensure operators are gaging correctly and parts are conforming to the gage
  • Conduct capability and gage R&R studies
  • Support Quality Members by being involved in QRCIs/8D Submissions
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Technical or Business Degree
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of problems and drive to resolution
