Your Role:- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other executive leadership members to develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies.
- Financial Guidance: Provide financial expertise to support business operations and planning.
- Risk Management: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and manage risk.
- Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing finance team focused on pro-actively supporting the needs of KG clients and department operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive analytics to measure company performance and guide future strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement operational tools to streamline financial management activities for internal users and facilitate the proactive management of the business.
- Budget for current operations, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with banking, accounting, insurance, and legal partners that align with current business activities and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee all aspects of ESOP technical and administrative responsibilities for the company, bringing or developing expertise in diversification and repayment-obligation processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or management-related field (master's degree or professional accounting certificate preferred).
- 10-15 years of relevant financial management experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in design, construction, real estate, design/build, manufacturing, property management, or related industries preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP software (Acumatica experience a plus).
- Direct staff management experience in a growth-oriented environment.
- Experience in ESOP accounting and record-keeping.
