We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a Medical-Surgical setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our staff to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and document patient information accurately
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
