Key Responsibilities- Preparation and finishing of vehicles using high-quality materials and techniques
- Development and implementation of efficient painting processes
- Team leadership and collaboration to achieve department goals
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive painting or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in using pressure pot systems and other painting equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
