About the Role
Magna International is seeking a skilled UAT Test Engineer to join our Software Platform team. This position will be responsible for leading the planning, coordinating, and management of business testing activities on a project.

The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Agile/Sprint delivery testing methodology. Additionally, they will have experience working in the IoT/Automotive industry and be proficient in detailed planning and management of business testing.

As a key member of our team, the UAT Test Engineer will work collaboratively with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure that business testing is successful and meets the needs laid down for the project.

About You
You will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and preferably an MBA. You will also have strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as experience running meetings related to testing with stakeholders at different levels of seniority and departments.

This role is hybrid, with 3 days onsite per week in one of our offices in Lowell, MA or Troy, MI.
