Role Summary:
As a Facility Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the administrative functions of our healthcare facility. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently to support optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily activities of the facility, ensuring seamless operations and effective patient service.
  • Monitor patient flow and center activities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor on-site staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Oversee front desk operations and assist medical personnel to ensure patient needs are met promptly.
  • Coordinate clinician schedules to guarantee adequate coverage and service delivery.
  • Administer inventory management, including tracking and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Conduct routine inspections of medical equipment, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HR, OSHA, and HIPAA.
  • Review staff attendance records prior to payroll processing for accuracy.
  • Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on operational status.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in healthcare administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
