Propane Delivery Driver Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Propane Delivery Driver to join our team at Superior Plus Propane. As a Propane Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of propane to our customers. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver, load, and unload propane while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to the highest standards of safety and maintenance.
  • Utilize technology to monitor and track propane inventory, tank levels, and container sizing, as well as accurately record and print delivery tickets for customers.
  • Collaborate with the Dispatcher frequently for routing and scheduling information, and notify them of any product, customer, routing, scheduling, or safety issues.
  • Employees may be required to work overtime hours when business needs require it.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum of 1 year delivery driver experience
  • CDL Class B with Tanker and Hazmat endorsement
  • Current DOT medical certification
Flex Position:

This role is a Flex position, which reduces a 12-month continuous work arrangement to something less. Work arrangement is 9 consecutive working months, with the additional three months of the year off (9-and-3). Benefits of a flex role include a cost-effective alternative to daycare during the summer months, a way to ease into retirement without exiting the workforce entirely, and a more flexible schedule that still provides the security and benefits of a full-time job.
