Diagnostic Services Manager

Bethany Medical, a leading independent multi-specialty group in Central North Carolina, is seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Services Manager to oversee the facilitation of timely diagnostic services for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all ancillary services, including radiology, sonography, CT, allergy, PFT, nuclear, and sleep lab.
  • Oversee the overall growth of the department and support all clinical services as needed.
  • Regulate time and attendance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll submissions.
  • Prepare reports and statistical documentation to monitor and maintain standard of care.
  • Complete evaluations, competencies, and various reports.
  • Inspect daily workflow and ensure adequate staffing of all imaging departments.
  • Administer equipment maintenance oversight and negotiate service agreements.
  • Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient experiences.
  • Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Requirements
  • MHA, MBA, or equivalent degree.
  • Ability to think critically and visualize solutions.
  • Experience in the medical field and aptitude for computer systems.
