Overview
The Corporate Financial Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and achieving cost reduction. This role will lead projects focused on corporate growth, particularly in identifying potential acquisitions that align with the company's strategic goals. The primary objective of these projects is to boost profitability while supporting overall business operations. Additionally, this position will coordinate various initiatives related to logistics and supply chain management, requiring a strong background in these areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute project strategies to enhance logistics networks, minimize expenses, and increase operational efficiency.
- Identify optimization opportunities within logistics and supply chain processes, developing actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure cohesive logistics and supply chain operations.
- Assist in negotiating terms of agreements and prepare presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Aid in the preparation of essential documentation such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Letters of Intent (LOIs), and service agreements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective companies for acquisition.
- Establish and document team processes and procedures.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform research and analysis to uncover trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Monitor project developments and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Implement risk management strategies and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and suppliers as necessary.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project execution.
- Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to promote effective communication.
- Regularly update senior management on project developments, risks, and challenges.
- Oversee corporate development initiatives and explore new deal opportunities.
Support and Development
- Assist with various projects as required.
- Manage team performance and provide training to enhance skills for future growth.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $101,000 - $113,000 per year, contingent upon a compensation study following candidate selection.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, Operations, and Procurement.
- Preferred experience of 8-9 years in Financial Analysis, Project Management, and Business Development.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Database Management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Self-starter with the capability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation, procurement, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, project management, transportation, and real estate.
- Familiarity with Financial Analysis principles.
Working Conditions
