  • Collaborating with the practice owner to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

  • Hold a valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in Connecticut.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Show a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry advancements.
