About the Job

This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Medtronic's Cardiac Ablation Solutions products.
  • Educating customers on the safe and effective use of Medtronic's products through training sessions, workshops, and other educational programs.
  • Working closely with sales representatives to achieve sales objectives and provide customer support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 6 years of work experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an EP or Cath Lab environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to travel extensively, up to 10% of the time.
Benefits

MEDTRONIC offers a competitive salary range of $76,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides opportunities to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding sales goals. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
