Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Expertise: Utilize advanced clinical knowledge and skills to deliver evidence-based care, identify potential health risks, and promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the State of Connecticut.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (BSN preferred).
  • Current BCLS certification or obtain within one month of hire.
  • 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an ambulatory setting.
