Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers in a friendly manner to provide assistance with their purchases.
2. Help customers choose products and recommend complementary items to enhance their shopping experience.
3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the merchandise, including features, benefits, and warranty options.
4. Ensure that sales areas are well-stocked and organized, reporting any inventory needs to management.
5. Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving customer service and achieving sales goals.
6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and credit transactions.
7. Inform customers about upcoming promotions and services available through the Navy Exchange.
8. Handle customer inquiries and returns with professionalism and adherence to store policies.
9. Assist in maintaining a secure shopping environment by being vigilant and proactive.
10. Support the setup and maintenance of product displays and assist with inventory management.

Physical Requirements:
This position may require lifting items up to 25 lbs as part of your duties, including assisting customers and restocking merchandise.

Qualifications:
No prior experience is necessary; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. We value individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
