Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Room Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Orange Beach Fairfield Inn & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guestrooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect Guestrooms: Conduct daily inspections of guestrooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Communicate with Housekeeping Staff: Notify housekeeping staff of any deficiencies found in the room and ensure they are corrected promptly.
  • Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering: Report on the progress of out-of-order rooms and maintain contact with the Front Office and Engineering teams.
  • Monitor VIP Guests: Ensure that VIP guests receive exceptional service and that their special requests are met.
  • Attend Meetings and Training: Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures.
  • Provide Excellent Guest Service: Respond promptly and courteously to guest questions and concerns.
Requirements
  • Previous Housekeeping Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment: Ability to work collaboratively with housekeeping staff, front office, and engineering teams.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move throughout the hotel.
