Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning and maintenance of guestroom and public space equipment.
- Inspect and maintain all guestroom and public space equipment, including replacement of caulk, tile, and grout, as well as door repair and replacement of locking mechanisms and hinges.
- Inspect rooms for pest intrusion and inspect and replace cosmetic appliance components.
- Replace light bulbs and ballasts, repair closet and drapery tracks, and replace furniture and repair knicks and gouges.
- Perform detailed record keeping in English for logs and inspection sheets.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years experience in building and/or facilities, property maintenance
- Ability to communicate with guests in English, follow basic written and verbal directions
- Physically able to work from ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, grasp, and stoop, and reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations
