  • Assist in preparing the memorial area for families before services, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Ensure that flowers and other memorabilia are returned to families after services, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally, either by phone or in person, providing timely and accurate information.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a funeral or memorial services setting.
  • Proven ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Funeral professional experience is highly desirable, but not required.
