Job Title: Territory Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date on new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve our customers' businesses
Requirements:
  • Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
