Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair equipment failures to ensure optimal system performance
Install and configure security equipment, cameras, and software
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Collaborate with clients' IT departments to implement security solutions
Interface with vendors and manufacturers to resolve operating system issues

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in surveillance and access control
One or more industry-recognized certifications (e.g. COMPTIA A+, Network+, SQL)
Valid driver's license and ability to work at heights
Associates degree or equivalent experience
