Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers, and it's essential to make a positive and professional impression. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely and friendly manner, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Manage mail and ensure a clean and organized work area, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • File documents and keys within the accounting office, ensuring accurate and secure storage.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including purchase orders and invoices, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Purchase and prepare new vehicle jackets, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Assist with other office duties as assigned by the Office Manager, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule.
  • Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
