We're seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Middlebury area, working closely with individuals with autism and their families. As an RBT at Happy Hearts ABA, you'll be part of a supportive environment that prioritizes your growth and well-being.

Competitive Pay

Our RBTs enjoy competitive pay rates between $20-27 per hour, paid biweekly based on experience and availability. This ensures you're fairly compensated for your expertise and dedication.

Requirements

To succeed as an RBT with us, you'll need:

  • An active or inactive RBT credential through the BACB
  • Reliable transportation for home visits within the Middlebury area, preferably with morning/early afternoon availability
  • Passion for delivering high-quality ABA services with empathy and intention
  • Willingness to undergo background and reference checks before starting work

Your Role

As an RBT at Happy Hearts ABA, your primary responsibility will be to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism, supporting their development and well-being. You'll work collaboratively with caregivers and our dedicated supervision team to create personalized plans and ensure successful outcomes.
