About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Allco Fullerton Insurance Agency. As a Property and Casualty Insurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain meaningful connections with potential clients, guiding them through the insurance enrollment process with expertise and professionalism.
  • Sales Outreach: Engage in dynamic cold calling and/or door-to-door prospecting efforts to introduce and sell insurance solutions, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Goal-Oriented Efforts: Set and meet key performance metrics to support the growth and success of the agency, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Documentation and Data Entry: Ensure seamless and accurate completion of all required forms and data input into our software system, maintaining the highest level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Upselling and Expanding Coverage: Develop existing client relationships by offering a range of additional insurance options to meet their evolving needs, showcasing your ability to think creatively and provide value-added services.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with our dedicated Service team members to finalize sales transactions, ensuring a seamless customer experience and upholding the agency's commitment to excellence.
  • Continuous Learning: Pursue ongoing educational opportunities to enhance your product knowledge and sales expertise, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
