Job Overview

Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be in the range of $42-$45 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.


Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical operations and ensure compliance with nursing standards during assigned shifts.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to manage staffing and lead the team in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Mentor staff and participate in the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment focused on employee satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
