Job Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team at Genesis HealthCare in Belen, New Mexico. As a valued member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective care plans.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $34 and $42 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as company-paid life insurance and 401K. Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse at Genesis HealthCare, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
  • Establishing realistic, measurable short and long-term patient goals with interventions put in place as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and continued evaluation of outcomes.
  • Administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders.
  • Delegating patient care responsibilities to staff and supervising them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. CPR Certification is also required. One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
