Sales and Business Development Representative for Porcelain Tile Solutions

Florim USA, a leading provider of high-quality porcelain tile solutions, is committed to sustainability. As a subsidiary of the Florim Group, we operate one of North America's largest and most advanced porcelain manufacturing plants in the region.
About the Role:
The Outside Sales Representative will drive sales growth and increase Florim USA's brand presence within the assigned territory for A&D, Countertop, and Flooring products. This role involves managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and representing Florim USA at trade events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Client Management: Conduct daily sales calls to existing clients and prospect new accounts. Develop new business opportunities and address client requests promptly.
- Market Presence and Promotion: Travel weekly to enhance product knowledge, promote new product introductions, and visit client showrooms.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare weekly reports on sales progress, market conditions, and product needs.
- Event Representation: Represent Florim USA at trade shows and other events as required.
Requirements:
- Experience as an A&D representative, flooring representative, or countertop manufacturer representative required.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong persuasion skills and problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and virtual communication tools.
- Ability to lift more than 30 lbs regularly.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive $60000 per year salary package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement.
