We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Office Coordinator to join our team at Alter Domus Group. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the front desk and provide a warm welcome to clients and visitors
- Coordinate and align support between multiple office locations
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including vendor coordination and inventory management
- Sort and distribute mail, manage package deliveries, and maintain office supplies
- Monitor break room and conference room supplies and cleanliness
- Monitor office equipment and supplies, maintain inventory, and report ordering requirements
- Coordinate meeting requirements, including catering deliveries and meeting supplies
- Assist internal groups with event-planning coordination
- Assist on-site leadership with administrative tasks
**Requirements:**
- At least two years of previous experience in office management
- Working knowledge of mail processes, including postage machines and shipping
- Responsive, friendly, professional, and proactive communication approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Initiative
- Highly adaptable and able to adjust to organizational change
- High proficiency and accuracy in data entry and use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to visit multiple office areas and run errands locally
- Deadline-driven and highly organized workstyle with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
