About Your Role

As a key member of our Department Management team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail and pet care associates, ensuring a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Pet Parent Engagement: You'll set the standards for customer engagement, ensuring every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores. You'll build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Associate Leadership: You'll lead a team of passionate associates who share our love for pets. You'll mentor, coach, and develop their skills to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Overall Retail Initiatives: You'll work closely with our leadership team to drive retail initiatives, ensuring our stores are always stocked with the right products, and our associates have the knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service.
