  • Comprehensive afterschool enrichment programs focused on fostering a supportive atmosphere.
  • Summer educational and outdoor initiatives serving thousands of youth aged 4 to 18.

Role Summary:

The Club Supervisor role is an on-site position that includes participation in training sessions at our main office and various program locations.


Compensation: $27.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (varies by location)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute engaging activities for club members.
  • Develop program activities aligned with our goals and monthly themes.
  • Recruit and maintain participation from the school community (20:1 student to staff ratio).
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students.
  • Build positive relationships with youth, parents, and school personnel.
  • Maintain daily attendance records.
  • Submit lesson plans for upcoming sessions.
  • Organize end-of-session performances or displays that promote social and emotional growth.
  • Engage in staff development training as required, approximately 20 hours per year.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in expanded learning programs or youth recreational settings.
  • High School Diploma or GED required (AA Degree in Child Development or related field preferred); prior experience with K-12 students in educational or recreational environments is advantageous.
  • Ability to connect with young children and youth.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer use and eager to learn.
  • Valid background checks and certifications as required.
