Program Manager

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Wound Ostomy and Continence Care program. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality, cost-effective patient and family-centered care initiatives in the areas of wound ostomy and continence care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead programs to improve WOCN-related outcomes, including reduction in Hospital Acquired Pressure Injuries (HAPI) and enhancing clinical nurses' knowledge related to WOCN and HAPI prevention.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of related data to various stakeholder groups.
- Provide expert clinical recommendations regarding managing and delivering quality, cost-effective patient and family-centered care in the areas of wound ostomy and continence care.
- Participate in strategic planning, management, and operation of the Nursing Department, ensuring quality patient care for patients in the following age groups: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure.
- Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required.
- Membership in a professional nursing organization encouraged.
- Must have WOCN experience.
