Product Management at Capital One

Capital One is seeking a talented Product Management professional to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver products that meet customer needs
  • Define and prioritize product requirements and features
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
