About the Role

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the Card Core Platforms team in defining the roadmap for customer experiences and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product management principles and be able to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs and drive the long-term vision for the product
  • Develop actionable strategies to define priorities for the team and rally stakeholders to the vision
  • Own and prioritize the long-term product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure alignment and success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital product management
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, MBA or Master's degree, and 3+ years of experience in Agile product management
