This position offers an opportunity to earn uncapped commissions alongside a competitive base salary. Successful candidates can expect to achieve on-target earnings exceeding $80,000-$90,000 in their first year.

The starting base pay is $20 per hour, influenced by various factors such as experience, education, and location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in generating high-quality leads through door-to-door outreach in designated territories.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective customers and market data.
- Independently travel to assigned areas while representing Renewal by Andersen with professionalism.
- Utilize company mapping tools and applications for effective data tracking.
- Adhere to company standards of appearance and conduct at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing the canvassing program.
- Master the company's products and promotional offerings to become a Signature Service expert.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for company driving insurance.
- Reliable transportation is necessary for navigating assigned territories.
- Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals will thrive in this role.
- Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets is required.
- Candidates should be physically capable of walking 3 to 5 miles daily.
