As a Residential Advisor, you will play a key role in providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support residents in daily living activities, including meal preparation, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Develop and implement programs to promote resident engagement and well-being, including recreational activities, educational workshops, and community events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required, including incident reports, attendance records, and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives, including developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as necessary to stay current on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

">
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working in residential living or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexible scheduling to include weekends and holidays.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required.

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 per year
