About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Program Assistant to join our Supportive Living Program (SLP) team at Chapel Haven Schleifer Center, Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the SLP team, including coordinating staffing coverage, maintaining data records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate staffing coverage due to Support Coordinator callouts and PTO time
• Review community member progress notes weekly in SetWorks and run efficiency reports
• Responsible for daily maintenance of the data records in the State of CT mandated Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system database (Sandata)
• Ensure that all DDS-funded individuals are being seen by SC's for the correct amount of time each week and that their progress notes match the calls in the EVV system
• Schedule SLP Department & community member meetings as directed by the director
• Compile and disseminate the agenda, record attendance, follow-up as needed
• Manage the community member spare key system; update reference sheets, add new keys, communicate with staff

Salary Range
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
